For large-scale manufacturers of carbonated soft drinks (CSDs), concentrated beverage syrups, and flavored mocktails, maintaining fluid uniformity is a constant challenge. Essential citrus oils (such as orange, lemon, and lime extracts) are naturally hydrophobic. When introduced into a high-density liquid sugar syrup, these oil molecules tend to repel water, bind together, and float to the surface. This creates an unsightly white “cloud ring” at the neck of the bottle, resulting in severe flavor variation across production batches.

  • Tangzheng Botanical Floral Series Modifier (Optional): 300 mL (Dosage Rate: 0.03%)

  1. Nano-Scale Emulsification: Standard citrus extracts fail under carbonation pressure. Our specialized Citrus Fruit Series undergoes precision mechanical micro-emulsification. The active flavor particles are reduced below 100 nanometers, ensuring they remain permanently suspended within the liquid syrup without scattering light or separating.
