- Sampling Policy: Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only. While the samples are free of charge, all shipping and courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Wholesale Orders & Customization
- Inquiries: All bulk wholesale orders are subject to a formal quotation and production lead time. Lead times typically range from 3-10 business days depending on order volume.
- OEM/ODM: Customized formulations are produced based on the specific technical parameters provided by the client. The Company is responsible for ensuring the final product meets the agreed-upon laboratory specifications.
