Passion Fruit Flavor Sauce For Craft Beer

This product is a yellow viscous fluid, easily soluble in aqueous solutions. It has the characteristic aroma of passion fruit juice, with a balanced sweet and sour ratio, and its sweetness is about 60% of that of sucrose. It is mainly used for the blending of craft beer, with a recommended addition amount of 2%. The usage method is to add it to the base beer; after adding 2% of this product, an additional 5% fructose syrup or sweetener of equivalent sweetness should be added. The shelf life is 2 years.
